We will be doing something fun and unique for our March shoot!

We will be shooting 5-stand at

Fairfield County Fish, Game & Protective Assn

What is 5-stand you ask?

5-stand is a type of shotgun sport shooting similar to sporting clays, trap and skeet. There are five stations or stands and 6-18 strategically placed traps.

Shooters shoot in turn at various combinations of clay targets. Each station will have a menu card that lets the shooter know the sequence of clays she will be shooting at. Th shooter is presented with targets at each station, first a single clay target followed by two pairs. After shooting the targets on the menu

at that station, the shooters proceeds to the next stand where they will find a new menu of targets.

It’s easy  to learn and fun to play!

It’s also great practice for the clays course.

There will also be an opportunity to shoot trap.

The cost of $5.00 per round of 25

There will be 100 targets at a cost of $32.00

(cash or checks only- no credit cards)

After shooting, we will enjoy burgers on the grill
